Q:	Are all your products with 4-stroke?
A:	At present, we have both 2-stroke and 4-stroke outboards in mass production.i.e.4-stroke: 2.6,,4,5,9.9 and 15hp.2-stroke:2.5,3.6,9.9,15,30 and 40hp.
Q:	Do you have other types of outboard engines?
A:	We are developing the electric outboards.
Q:	When do you have the forward controls with electric start ready for the market?
A:	We have the forward controls with electric start from 9.9hp and above.
Q:	Do you have CE, EPA approval?
A:	Yes, we have both of them.
Q:	Are you the factory or trading company?
A:	We are the manufacturer and exporter. Genovo Power Pioneer Co.,Ltd. is the shareholder of Parsun Power Machine Co.,Ltd. and is responsible for all the overseas marketing.
Q:	How long have you been in this business?
A:	We started to develop outboard engines from 2002 and have started the mass production in the beginning of 2006.
Q:	What's warranty period?
A:	1 year.
Q:	Can you supply spare parts?
A:	Yes, as we are the original manufacturer.
Q:	How many hours have your test your outboards?
A:	Over 500 hours for each model.
Q:	Have you tested each piece before delivery?
A:	Yes. At least 1 hour for each pc.
Q:	What is your lead time?
A:	5 to 10 working days in dull season. 3 to 4 weeks in peak season
Q:	What's your supply capability for outboard engines?
A:	.3000pcs per month.

Warning

1.	The engine is equipped with a neutral starting device. The engine will not start unless the shift control is in neutral position.
2.	Don't touch or remove electrical parts when starting or during operation.
3.	Keep hands, hair and clothes away from flywheel and other rotating parts while engine is running.
4.	Leaking fuel could cause a fire. For F4(F5), before tilting up the engine or laying it on its side, please turn the fuel cock to the closed position and tighten the air-vent screw on the fuel tank cap.
5.	Transport and store the engine only as shown. Otherwise, engine damage could result from leaking oil.

6.	Please always open the air inlet valve on the top of the external red fuel tank before starting. Otherwise, the engine will stop after somewhile without enough fuel supply.
7.	Please often check the oil rule in case of too less or more oil.
8.	Please change the new gasket and tighten it up when replacing gear box oil.
9.	Please wash your outboards after using in sea water if you are not going to use it for long time.
10.	Please always add gear box oil when receiving samples by air or courier.
